Monopoli is a lively town with about 50000 inhabitants. It’s on the Apulian coast and completely surrounded by gentle hills characterized by hundred-year-old olive trees.
It has recently become an important tourist attraction for visitors from all over the world, thanks to its healthy cuisine, delicious fish recipes and typical products. The historical centre has been renamed as “the fishermen village” .
Thanks to the wonderful landscape and the transparent sea Monopoli was awarded with the “Bandiera blu” in 2012-2013-2014-2015.

It is also 50 km from Bari airport and 60 km from Brindisi airport.
Monopoli is connected though railway to all the major cities. A shuttle service is provided upon request.
